My Account
- This My Account page allows you to change your password and to view account history details (such as Requested / Posted items).
- You must have an account and be signed on in order to use this feature.
- You may click any of the history results header titles to sort a list by that selection. Clicking the same header title again will sort the list in opposit order (descending / ascending).
Library Search
- The Library Search page provides you with a simple but powerful search design. Giving you the ability to browse the A/V library or to find a specific item.
- In order to find what you are looking for, you must provide some information about those items (ex: author/speaker, location, date, and/or category, etc.) but you are not required to fill in every field. For example: type the word 'Faith' in the Topic box and click Search to find all items that have that word in their title.
- You can use the calendar to enter the from/to dates. When you click on a day the page will automatically fill in the From date if you had not filled it in. The second time the calendar is clicked it will fill in the To date.
- After you have provided at least one piece of information, you may click the Search button and the site will return the items found in a list (table).
- Read through the list of items in the table. If you found an item of interest, move the mouse over the button next to the title. This will provide information about the item (such as file type, size, recording bit rate, duration). If this item is a Web Link, clicking the button will take you to that web page. Otherwise, clicking the button will request downloading of the file to your computer and a window will appear with 3 buttons (Open, Save, Cancel). Click Save and you will be prompted to choose a location on your computer where the file can be saved.
- If the list of items found for your selection is large, it will not show all at once. But you will have the option of pageing through the results. The page numbers appear at the top and bottom of the results list. Simply click on the next page number to see the remainder of the results list.
- To perform a new search, adjust your search criteria and click Search again. You can also use the Clear button to start over.
- Please note that not all postings have a Category, or Place designation. If you do not find items after clicking search, please adjust your criteria making it less specific.

Newly Posted Items
- This page shows items that have been added to the Library catalog in the past month.
- You may click any of the result header titles to sort the list by that selection. Clicking the same header title again will sort the list in opposit order (descending / ascending).
Top 25 Most Popular Items
- This page shows the most requested library items.
- The results list will contain more than 25 items if some of them have the same ranking.
- You may click any of the result header titles to sort the list by that selection. Clicking the same header title again will sort the list in opposit order (descending / ascending).
Recently Published Items
- This page shows items that have been added to the Library catalog which have a publication date within the past month.
- You may click any of the result header titles to sort the list by that selection. Clicking the same header title again will sort the list in opposit order (descending / ascending).
Post
- This page allows you to submit (Post) an item to the Library.
- You may submit a Web Link to an item that is published on a different site or Upload a file.
- You must have an account and be signed on in order to use this feature.
Sign On
- This is where you can create an account or login using an existing account.
- If you'd like to login automatically the next time you visit the site, please check the "Remember me next time" box.
- If you are not logged into your account and you try to access a feature which is only available for signed on users, you will be redirected to this page.
